Standardized binder format equals standardized training

The MSDS binders are intentionally designed to have the same cover, product categories (tabs), and indexing system. This assists union contractors in a multi-employer setting since trained workers can move from one subscribing contractor to another and already know how to use the MSDS management system of the new employer before they arrive.
